"Burning Quiet" came from a place I know deeply, the paradox of a fire that burns in silence.
Through waves of copper, flame red, and deep gold, I wanted to capture something that lives inside all of us: the tension and the stillness that coexist without warning. The heat that never makes a sound, yet changes everything it touches.
The organic, rhythmic movement of the brushwork was intentional, I was chasing the feeling of flames that burn unseen, quietly lighting everything from within. The spiraling composition reflects what I believe about the human spirit: the restrained passion, the unspoken emotions, the inner storm that keeps flowing even when the outside world has gone still.
I chose this palette with reds, oranges, and deep molten gold ,not to evoke destruction, but transformation. The kind of warmth that doesn't burn down, it builds up. The kind that is maternal, ancient, and deeply alive.
I painted this for the people who know what it means to carry a loud silence inside themselves- and who are brave enough to look at it.
