This page lists every cookie luiza.art uses, what each one does and how long it stays in your browser. Only two things are set without asking you: the cookie that remembers your language and the one that remembers your cookie choice. Analytics is loaded only if you accept it.
1.What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Cookies are how a site remembers something between page loads — which language you chose, for example.
Cookies set by this site are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by another service used on a page, such as Google Analytics, are third-party cookies.
2.How we ask for your consent
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you are happy with analytics cookies. Nothing but the strictly necessary and functional cookies below is set before you answer, and Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
Declining is a single click and sits right next to accepting. If you decline, the site works exactly as it does otherwise — you simply do not appear in our visitor statistics. We remember your answer for 12 months and then ask again.

4.Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which paintings and pages people actually look at, how many visitors arrive and roughly where from. It tells us whether the gallery is working as a gallery — nothing more.
We do not use it to build advertising profiles, we do not run ad or remarketing tags, and we do not combine analytics data with anything you have sent us through a form or an order.
The script is added to the page only after you accept. If you decline, or later withdraw consent, its cookies are deleted from your browser and the page reloads without it.
5.Changing your mind
You can change your cookie choice whenever you like — consent should be as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Use the button below to bring the banner back and choose again.
6.Controlling cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has stored, delete them, and block cookies in general or per site. Look for "Cookies and site data" under privacy settings in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
Blocking all cookies is your choice, but be aware that the language switcher will stop remembering your language, and the banner will reappear on every visit, because the cookie recording your answer cannot be stored either.
7.Other storage on your device
Besides cookies, your browser caches images and files from this site so pages load faster on your next visit. That is ordinary browser caching, it holds no information about you, and clearing your browser cache removes it.
This site sets no tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts or social media tracking tags.
8.Changes to this policy
If we add or remove a cookie we will update the table above and the date at the top of this page. If a change means we need your consent for something new, we will ask for it again rather than assume your earlier answer covers it.
